Our car is made out of a cereal box, we used CD for wheels.  We used bottle caps to hold the wheels together.  We used hot glue and tape to keep it all together.  Also we used straws as the axel that made the wheels spin.  We got the tube and then out the ballon over it so that the balloon would not fly away when we blew it up.
